The entire process from start to finish was positive and enjoyable. I left with more knowledge about my hair and did not feel like any question was a burden or a silly one.

Professional yet personable. Very relaxing and calming atmosphere but most of all, my stylist Charity Lee does amazingly well with the care and styling of my hair. She actually listens to her clients and I treasure that!!!
